A Day in the Life of a BEST Account Manager
For Shawn Eid, BEST Account Manager, it is all about creating memories.
Being a part of the BEST family is all about joining a team of professionals providing guest services, event security and 24/7 security personnel to stadiums, arenas, conventions centers and other event centers nationwide. As an Account Manager, your principal mission is to act as a team leader during all BEST events and operations, along with maintaining positive client relations and enhancing the guest experience.

Shawn Eid has been with BEST for over nine years, managing a security team of over 600 people for big events such as professional football game day. Before joining the ranks of the BEST team in the industry, he worked helping children with behavior disorders.
“I took the tools I learned in education and brought them to my current work with BEST,” explains Shawn.
Making sure he keeps the good energy going, he dedicates himself to creating a pleasant and motivating work environment for his team.
“Most of the people I work with on the daily have been here since I started. I look at a lot of these team members like family. When you build a bond with people, you create relationships that last a lifetime,” he declares.
“Our team is very solid, with a dedicated staff. It’s not just security; it’s so much more than that. We are paid to do a specific job, but at the end of the day, it’s a fun job, and we are all here to create memories. We are a family” he adds.
