To the extent practicable, the Company will keep complaints and the terms of their resolution confidential. Appropriate action against the offender, up to and including termination, shall be taken within a reasonable period of time, if called for, based on the facts revealed by the investigation. The Company forbids retaliation against anyone for reporting discrimination, assisting in making a discrimination complaint, or cooperating in a discrimination investigation.
