How to get started
START PARTNERING WITH BEST TO HIT YOUR FUNDRAISING GOALS!
The onboarding process typically takes about a week to onboard groups, which includes all necessary paperwork and the completion of all background screenings. Our team will work with you and be there through the entire process.

SUBMIT YOUR GROUP’S INFORMATION TO BEST
First, submit your group’s information. Once you submit your interest, a BEST representative will reach out to provide any additional information and to make sure this is a good fundraising fit for your organization.

SELECT UPCOMING DATES AND EVENTS
After connecting with a BEST representative, your group will be sent upcoming dates and events at venues near you. From high-profile concerts to professional sports games, your group is welcome to experience all the fun with BEST.

MEET LOCAL TEAM AND FINISH ONBOARDING PROCESS
Once your events are picked out for the season, you will have the opportunity to connect with your local management team who will be present at all your upcoming events. This is where you will finish up final paperwork, background screenings and receive all necessary information to be ready for your first event.

WORK YOUR FIRST EVENT
Once everything is finalized, your organization is officially ready to partner with BEST and begin hitting your fundraising goals!

What are the requirements?
Each team member participating from your organization must:
- Be at least 16-18 years of age or older depending on location
- Able to commit to at least 5 events (with your group bringing least 10 group members/event)
- Willing to consent to a background screening
- Excited to participate in upcoming sports events!
Requirements may change based on location. Please connect with a BEST representative to see if this opportunity is a good fit for your organization.
How much money can our group make?
As much as you want, the sky is the limit! Typically, an organization of 20 people can raise over $10,000 in just 5 events!
Organizations will receive direct, payment (tax-free) within 2-4 weeks of an event based on your number of team members participating, the number of hours worked and venue.
How long are shifts?
Shifts vary, but last anywhere from 6-10 hours for most events. We do require that groups arrive at least 4 hours early to be fully prepared for all the excitement!
Is there a uniform?
Yes! Each team member will need to be dressed in black pants (no jeans, athletic material, or holes. Black colored khakis, work pants, slacks, etc. are acceptable) and black shoes (90% black). We will provide each group member a uniform top.
Is there a limit to what we can work?
Absolutely not! Since many of our venues hosts professional sports teams, large-scale concerts and more, there are many fundraising opportunities (and incredible events to experience!) year-round.
