When more than one million fans came to the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center for the 2025 US Open Tennis Championships, the stakes were high for keeping everyone safe and the event running smoothly.

Spanning 46 acres, with 17 competition courts, 17 practice courts, two massive stadiums, and several auxiliary venues, the US Open requires a crowd management partner with the scale, expertise, and precision to handle one of the largest sporting events in the world.
